MARKHAM
An all-brick, 3500 square foot Edwardian, this grande dame had been divided up and converted into a rooming house before the clients saw an opportunity to rescue it. After an extensive internal demolition, we brought the house up to date with all new mechanicals, and a new interior design that honoured its past. The entire third floor became a luxurious master retreat, with similarly high-end finishes throughout the home. New custom millwork seamlessly matches original trim details, while outside, the exterior brick facade was freshly cleaned to restore its original 1909 look.
